a note from Balrog

i like to write. my disorder provides excessive emotional energy, so i channel that energy into Words that might help others who might be suffering.

i hope bipolar hobbits will find this and use it as a field guide through Moria. perhaps some lil hobbit, who might be strugglin with unwanted thoughts of hurtin themselves...finds these words and realizes that they are not alone -- they are Loved.
