if Hell had a capitol city, it would be the Artist Quarter. an eternal orgy of music, film, movies, and drugs. the place runs on MDMA, cigarettes, and blue Gatorade.

this is really the front-line of the Civil War. the conflict boils down to two questions: 

1. who gets into Heaven?
2. who decides who gets into Heaven?
